I bought this item just a couple of weeks ago for my daughters birthday today (01.12.18) it was her main present of us as we can't afford much unfortunately and I was really excited to see her reaction to her present which I wasn't disappointing as she was over the moon when she finally unwrapped it as she loves frozen and loves to sing! However once I unboxed and turn it over to look at the bottom I notice some orange liquid on the toy and once opening the battery casing I find out that there are batteries inside and thy have leaked everywhere and rusted the coils so when putting new batteries in the toy doesn't work! I am really upset and disappointed.
